Two Cards – Two Butterflies
Motivation
So you might be wondering what sparked this creation. Well, it all started with a special request for a logo design for a local women’s Christian conference. The assignment was simple: create a butterfly. But I wanted to go beyond the ordinary. Meet our fantastical butterfly. It’s the new logo for the conference. And, it’s an unexpected twist for my note card collection.
Creating “Spectrum of Grace” was an adventure in itself! It was both challenging and fun to balance the monarch’s realism with the butterfly’s dreamy, fantastical flair. Each stroke of the colored pencil brought these winged wonders to life. It harmonized their delicate beauty with a spectrum of grace. Now, they are available in my shop as a set of 10 note cards.
